Some of our residences are student-only and others are home to young professionals and people looking for shorter stays. 

During the summer months, some residences are occupied by language schools, sports groups, tourists, international students and residents who wish to stay over the summer.

We do our best to allocate rooms to students in the same year or who share common interests.  If you would like to share with friends, or have any room preferences, please mention these on your Accommodation Request Form.  We will do our best to meet your requests, but these are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

To make an accommodation request, simply fill out the online form.

On receipt of your request, we’ll do our best to meet your requirements and send you an offer of accommodation, subject to availability.  You’ll receive a link to complete some further details and pay the administration fee if you wish to accept the offer.  You can pay online with a direct debit or credit card.

Please note, you’ll need to sign and return your licence and pay the first rent instalment to secure your reservation.  That’s it!

Yes.  A parent or guardian.

If you are unable to move in, please contact your Residence Manager as you are legally bound to pay your full year’s rent upon signing your licence.

WiFi is provided throughout every eber residence and is included in your rent.  Because we understand how important highspeed quality broadband is – for work and play – we provide superfast, high quality WiFi and wired broadband.  The quality of available broadband does vary in different locations, so please visit the FAQs of your chosen residence for full details.

Most residents bring their own bedding and personal items to make their room their home.

Bedding packs including linen and towels may be purchased and pre-arranged with your Residence Team, particularly if you are an international student.  Simply get in touch and they will be happy to help you settle in.

Before you arrive, you will be invited to sign-in to the eber portal where you will find full details on what to bring and what to expect at your new home.

Yes you can stay in your room at any time from the start-date to the end-date of your licence.  It’s your home after all.
