You must be a student enrolled in a university or college and be 17 years of age or older to live here.\u00a0 Priority is offered to applicants studying at MIE however, we do have a limited number of places available to students at other colleges and universities.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Students apply online.\u00a0 The application process for academic year 2025\/26 is open now.<\/p>

First Year students are required to pay a \u20ac50 registration fee online.\u00a0 Then there are two options:<\/p>

  1. If you wish to guarantee a room reservation in advance of the CAO offers, choose the\u00a0\u2018Advance Booker\u2019\u00a0option to apply for a room.\u00a0 If you are offered a room, you will be invited to pay an Administration Fee of \u20ac350.\u00a0 This will convert to part of your security deposit once you check-in.\u00a0 Please note the\u00a0Administration Fee is non-refundable\u00a0(unless you do not achieve the CAO points required for an MIE course, in which case you may apply for a refund\u00a0\u00a0by email within 48 hours\u00a0of first-round CAO offers).\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>
    1. Alternatively, once you have paid the \u20ac50 registration fee, you may choose the \u2018Priority Waiting List\u2019 option which opens on the day first-round CAO offers are published.<\/li><\/ol>

      Please note all applications are subject to availability and payment of the \u20ac50 registration fee does not guarantee you a room. Priority is given to MIE students, but we have a limited number of rooms available for students attending other colleges.\u00a0The \u20ac50 registration fee is non-refundable in all instances<\/p>

      To make an accommodation request, simply fill in the online booking form.<\/p>

      Current residents will be emailed in advance and given a priority booking period.\u00a0 On receipt of the booking form, we\u2019ll do our best to meet your requirements and send you an offer of accommodation, subject to availability.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
